Project Overview
Description:
Smanapp is the first app designed to promote responsible and sustainable driving, reducing CO2 emissions and road accidents.
I collaborated with the Fightbean team and worked closely with Smanapp's team to adopt the users' perspective and co-design a new experience aligned with their needs. My role involved designing the application's interface and its associated design system, as well as actively contributing to the user experience phases.
I also participated in several user interviews to improve and test the application throughout the project's sprints.

Challenge & Solution
Challenge:
After getting to know the Smanapp team, we quickly realized the enormous amount of ideas and entrepreneurial spirit they had. However, very few features were clearly defined and well-structured. One of the challenges was to evaluate and pursue only the features that, during the sprints, generated interest among the key target users we interviewed. We focused our efforts on building a solid foundation from which to grow.
Solution:
The solution was to divide the project into four major sprints. At the end of each sprint, after creating a navigable prototype in Figma, we conducted interviews with current users, former users who had stopped using the service, and potential new users. This approach allowed us to validate and iteratively adjust the app’s experience and features step by step.
